After a period in which contributions on the subject of screens came mainly from education and care professionals, the issue has opened up widely in recent years to other categories of contributors, and to other questions. A general reflection has followed on all the anthropological changes resulting from their development, and notably on the increase in information overload that they produce. The Conseil National du Numérique (CNNUM) has taken up the subject. Other areas of study have opened up, which concern not only the interactions of digital tools with education and health: memory, imagination, collective intelligence, solidarity, friendship…
All these questions raise fundamental issues that concern many disciplines.
This is one of the reasons why, in 2020, we decided to create a space for exchange and training that is wide open to people from backgrounds other than those we know: technical, social and symbolic backgrounds different from our own.
We have called this space that of the “3/6/9/12 ambassadors”. There we met the curiosity of many professionals about the fields we have been exploring for several years, and we confirmed the mutual enrichment we can gain from them.
We therefore asked each of them to write a short text on a subject of their choice relating to screen technologies.
We are pleased to offer you some of them in this first Newsletter of 2022, alongside others.
Happy reading!
